“Bij aankomst bleek de boot een technisch defect te hebben. Ze stelden voor om de dag erop terug te komen. Dat ging toch niet voor ons en hadden ook al geïnvesteerd in taxi terwijl op de aankondiging stond dat er een pick up was aan hotel! Foute info dus. Dat de boot niet werkte, kan iedereen tegenkomen. Dus op aandringen toch andere boot. Die beschikte niet over de voorzieningen waarvoor we geboekt hadden. De hele vaartocht hebben de gidsen de groep slechts éénmaal aangesproken (bij benadering en opzet hoe de dolfijnen worden gelokt - met vissersboot die resten vis in het water gooien). De rest van de tijd zaten ze…”
