“Do not use this company. The crew had no clue what they were doing. Rushed us into the ocean multiple times only to scare away the dolphins and rush us back in. They rushed us in so quickly that one woman jumped on top of me, giving me a bloody nose and concussion. They handed me ice and that was it. They were extremely rude. One person on the boat was throwing up and instead of offering help, one crew member said "well, that's the ocean." There are plenty of great crews that will make this experience memorable. Don't make the mistake of choosing this one. They did not find…”

“We had a wonderful experience on this excursion. The tour operators, Gema and Boat Captain Caesar made the trip very enjoyable. We travelled out into the Bay of Banderas until they found pods of dolphins. They had us go into the water in small groups. Three people with Gema. We swam with the dolphins and they swam around us. We swapped out people so that everyone could enjoy the experience. This pod of dolphins was very friendly but we never touch them. At one point we were all allowed to be in the water together with the dolphins. I would recommend this to excision to anyone.”

Other boats allowed people to jump in the water and drove their boats far too close to the animals, which clearly scared the whales. It was nice to do this experience with ethical consideration and highly recommend!!”
