Set out from Panglao for early dolphin watching near Pamilacan Island, then snorkel with turtles and reef fish at Balicasag. A local English-speaking guide helps with gear, safety, and underwater photos. Filipino lunch, drinks, and a beach-party setup round out this lively five-hour outing.
